Tom was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia and acquired his strong work ethic from his family. Tom graduated from the Temple Beasley School of Law in 2010. While attending Temple Law in the evening, he worked as a business development manager for an international corporation during the day. After law school, Tom first worked for a regional civil litigation defense firm, where he represented insurance companies against personal injury, construction defects, and commercial litigation claims.

Wanting to make more of a difference for the better, Tom joined the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office in 2012. For more than six years as an Assistant District Attorney, Tom zealously stood up for victims of crime.  He prosecuted dozens of jury trials to verdict, as well as hundreds of bench trials, motions and preliminary hearings, dealing with serious crimes that included attempted murder, aggravated assault, robbery, burglary, weapons offenses, narcotics distribution and other serious crimes. He utilized various expert witnesses while prosecuting crimes, coordinated criminal investigations and presented cases to the Grand Jury.

Tom now brings the passion and advocacy he had for victims of crime to those who have been injured due to others’ negligence, and is eager to help those who have been victims of construction accidents/workplace accidents, medical malpractice, car accidents, nursing home neglect, premises liability, civil rights violations, or any other case where someone failed in their responsibilities and caused someone harm.  Tom is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
